This Police chronograph watch combines bold street-edge style with a precision multifunction quartz movement, housed in a round 45mm black ion-plated stainless steel case. The jet-black dial contrasts with rose gold-tone applied indices and three sub-dials, offering stopwatch functionality and a date aperture at four o'clock, while a tachymeter scale frames the inner bezel.

Worn on a brushed and polished black ion-plated stainless steel bracelet, the watch has a substantial presence, with twin rose gold-tone pushers flanking the crown for tactile chronograph control. Quartz timekeeping ensures reliable daily accuracy, and a mineral crystal protects the dial from scratches and impacts.

Water resistance to 50 metres guards against splashes and rain, making this a timepiece for the modern urbanite who demands both aesthetic impact and functional reliability.

Frequently asked questions

What functions does the chronograph provide?

The chronograph complication offers stopwatch timing via the three sub-dials, controlled by the two pushers flanking the crown. The watch also features a date window at four o'clock for daily calendar reference.

Is this watch suitable for swimming or water sports?

With 50m water resistance, this watch is suitable for splashes, rain, and brief immersion such as handwashing. It is not recommended for swimming, diving, or showering, as the pushers should not be operated underwater.

How often will the battery need replacing?

Quartz movements typically require battery replacement every 2-3 years depending on usage of the chronograph functions.

Can the bracelet be adjusted to fit my wrist?

Yes, the stainless steel bracelet can be professionally resized by removing or adding links.

What is the difference between ion plating and standard steel?

Ion plating (IP) is a PVD coating process that bonds a black finish to the steel, creating a durable, scratch-resistant surface. It is significantly harder than paint or standard plating, though care should still be taken to avoid impacts against hard surfaces.

How do I set the time and date on this chronograph?

Pull the crown to the second position to set the time, and to the first position to adjust the date. The chronograph sub-dials are operated via the pushers and should not be adjusted via the crown. Full instructions are included with your watch.
