I received my strap within 2 days, I requested a 18mm strap with my order but I received a 17mm strap, so the spring bar was too short for my watch, so I had to go to my local watchmaker and get a bigger spring bar.
I did not receive the complimentary Hirsch spring bar tool.
The leather seems decent quality, definitely very slim and smooth. There should be at least a 24 month warranty on the product rather than the 12 month warranty.
Overall a good looking strap.
