I viewed the watch in store and then purchased it online so I could use my discovery miles. Requested pick up from the store. Store staff very helpful, pick up was quick. Super happy. They offer a one year battery warranty and can change the battery in store within minutes.
I was very disappointed in that the watch was not delivered. It was a gift for my granddaughters birthday. I have also not received a refund on my order.
This order was dispatched and then returned as the courier could not reach you for delivery. It was booked for the 3rd time on Friday. Celeste was communicating with the you. The delivery should be 100% now as we have 2 alernative contact numbers.
The watch was perfect as expected but the delivery came before the confirmed date. The packaging was spectacular and amazing.
