The Watch Boutique is an authorised dealer for every brand we carry, sourcing all stock through the official channels for each brand. Every watch is genuine and brand new. We do not deal in parallel or grey imports, so your warranty is always valid and your watch can be serviced through the proper channels for the life of the timepiece.

Warranty

As an authorised dealer, we honour the full manufacturer warranty on every watch. The warranty period is set by each brand and ranges from two to five years. Your warranty is activated by the warranty card or digital warranty supplied with your watch, so please keep it together with your proof of purchase.
