SHIPPING

The Watch Boutique offers free shipping to anywhere in South Africa for all orders over R500. For orders that are below R500, there is a flat fee of R70.

All orders are shipped via reputable national courier services.  An email will be sent to you once your parcel has been scanned into the courier's depot. The email will also contain a link where you can track your order.

1 DAY SHIPPING

Selected items qualify for our 1 DAY SHIPPING service, meaning your order is prioritised, carefully packed, and handed to the courier within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking details to follow its journey. We always do our best to have orders reach you withing 24 hours after dispatch whenever possible. However, delivery times depend on location and the courier network, so please allow up to 3 business days for delivery.

If you need assistance at any stage, our customer support team is always happy to help.

If your order contains a mix of 1 Day Dispatch items and standard items, all items will be dispatched together within the standard 2 to 5 business day timeframe. 

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer FREE click & collect at our Time & Co network nationwide

Simply click on the "Pickup in store" option when checking out, and select the store you'd like to collect from together with your contact details.

As soon as your selected store has your order ready for you to collect they will give you a call.
