At The Watch Boutique stores, you can expect excellence and professionalism when booking your timepiece in for routine watch maintenance, or for services such as watch strap fitment, battery replacement and glass polishing. We carry out these services for the brands we carry in-store.

For complex watch repairs, staff will advise and assist with booking in your watch to our Sandton Repair Centre (for Swiss brands such as Tissot, Swatch, Longines, Rado and Flik Flak) or to our Repair Centre in Wynberg for all other brands.
Here your watches will be evaluated and a full report will be issued to you!

Should your repair be for a Swiss brand that you purchased from us, the watch will be sent to the Swiss Repair Centre in Sandton.
You will be updated regularly on the status of your repair and notified when ready for collection.

All other brands excluding Casio are sent to our Wynberg Repair Centre.
You will be updated regularly on the status of your repair and notified when ready for collection.
